This video is all about precision, technique, and proper biomechanics. Quality not quantity, low reps, but right form, and slow and controlled moves = focused burn and developed lean muscle tone. Fitness inspired, using Pilates founding and basic principles, you will use a loop band to mix up the daily routine workout, increase the focus and intensity. A strong focus on your CORE, a lot of classical abdominal work lying on your back using proper spinal alignment and precise, controlled movement. You will work through the challenging teaser and different variations up there, then turn it around into plank moves learning to use your abs to support you while you move fluidly and seamlessly. You will finish by opening the hip flexors and chest after having been in flexion so that you can walk out standing tall, heart open, strong core pulling up and in. Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
