🎯 Focus :
ARMS, ABS, BUTT & THIGHS
Grab some paper plates or just use your socks if you don’t have gliders (sliders), come to the Mat and join me for a fun, fitness & HIIT inspired Mat workout. There is no impact today, it’s all about setting ourselves up in good alignment and position, focusing in on our breath & settling in for timed sequences to move with fluidity and strength. I won’t be counting reps today, we’ll be going by the timer, it’s your workout, so go slower or faster, wherever you are at today, make this yours ! We will get the heart rate up & focus on simple, basic movements that are efficient and effective in shaping & toning the body. We will OPEN the front of the hips, can I hear an “awe”?! We sit too much in this day and age! We will build that booty & those thighs. We will hollow out our core & use it to support & stabilize us. We will strengthen our obliques and lats, our push-up muscles and scapula stabilizers. We will mobilize our spine and in a short time love our bodies by moving them well !
